will go to bed tonight undernourished.

2008 Lenten Fast-A-Meal
February 6 - March 23, 2008

"The fast I choose is it not to share your food with the hungry,
to provide shelter for the poor and to clothe the naked?" Isaiah 58: 6-9

The Fast-A-Meal program is a commitment to God to
pray, fast and give on behalf of the poor during Lent.

 

PRAY - your prayers for the poor will move the
              heart of God and God's grace will be
                poured out upon all in need.

      FAST - when you fast your heart will be
                     opened to a deeper understanding
                       of Christ's sacrifice for you.

            GIVE - your gifts will feed, clothe, and
                            give shelter to our hungry poor neighbors.

Your participation will help ease the plight of the poor
and enhance your compassion and understanding.
