 Josh Geppelt

Executive Director

Josh Geppelt has 20 years of experience in homelessness prevention, housing stability and nonprofit operations. Josh previously served as chief operating officer at TGTHR, a Colorado-based nonprofit working to end youth homelessness, where he provided executive leadership over programs and internal operations, including finance, human resources, information technology, and data and impact. Prior to TGTHR, Josh spent more than 18 years at Denver Rescue Mission, a Christ-centered organization dedicated to ending homelessness, in a variety of leadership roles. Throughout his career, he has led large, multi-site teams, strengthened public-private partnerships and advanced data-driven approaches to homelessness resolution and housing stability.
