Our Team

Wendy Thomas holds a master’s degree in arts administration from the School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She has ten years of experience teaching nonprofit management as an adjunct professor at the University of Tulsa. Wendy served as the Executive Director of Leadership Tulsa for 21 years, where she mentored and guided boards and board members, significantly expanding the scope and reach of Leadership Tulsa’s programs. Prior to this role, she was the Executive Director of the Arts & Humanities Council of Tulsa.  Now, as a nonprofit consultant, she does executive coaching and strategic planning and is frequently called upon to assist nonprofits during critical phases such as start-up, executive transitions, and financial or operational challenges.
