We’re Hiring: Food Pantry Engagement & Resource Navigation
Position Summary: This AmeriCorps position will focus on building organizational capacity
through systems development, partnership building, volunteer engagement, and resource
navigation infrastructure that strengthens Restore Hope’s ability to serve vulnerable
households.
Primary Responsibilities:
● Develop systems and processes that strengthen client engagement within Restore
Hope’s food pantry programs.
● Build and maintain resource navigation tools, referral pathways, and community
resource directories.
● Assist in developing partnerships with community organizations and service providers.
● Support volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and engagement efforts.
● Improve data collection, reporting, and outcome-tracking processes related to pantry
and resource navigation activities.
● Develop materials, workflows, and procedures that increase organizational capacity and
sustainability.
This position is intended to support capacity-building activities and organizational
development and will not replace paid staff or serve as a direct-service role.
