If you are in a financial crisis, you may be eligible for assistance at Restore Hope.
Below you will find the information you will need to contact us for help.
COVID-19 UPDATE (9/10/2020):
MAJOR RENT ASSISTANCE UPDATE: Tulsa Housing Authority and Restore Hope are working together to share a major rent assistance program for Tulsa County. You can apply for help at this website. It would be good to collect important documents related to your loss of income and lease.
The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced a moratorium on evictions starting September 4th until December 31, 2020. Our friends at Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma have prepared this document with the declaration needed to prevent evictions. Please be careful to read the entire document before signing.
We update our rent phone line regularly with information. Call 918-878-7999 or 211 for more information. If you have an eviction hearing, please GO TO YOUR HEARING. At this time, all eviction hearings are held at the Family Center for Juvenile Justice and you need to wear a mask for your hearing. If you do not know when your court date is, you can call 211 and ask for assistance or click here to search the court records for your case. At your hearing, you can ask for legal assistance or for mediation.
FOOD ASSISTANCE: Until COVID19 numbers decrease significantly, Restore Hope will only be open at our SOUTH location for food assistance. Our food service hours will be Monday-Thursday from 12:30-3:30pm.
If you need to send us something by mail, you can still send it to our main campus address.
We have two locations: our main campus at 2960 Charles Page Blvd in Tulsa and our South location at 6910 S 101st E Ave (by Asbury UMC).
Food Hours: Monday through Thursday, 11:30am-3:30pm (NOTE: THIS LOCATION IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED)
Food Hours: Tuesdays, 12:30pm-6:00pm (NOTE: TEMPORARY HOURS Monday-Thursday 12:30pm-3:30pm)
(in either case, please try to arrive a few minutes before the end time out of courtesy to our volunteers).
Please make sure to bring the following documents (required):
- Photo ID
- Social Security cards for all in household
- Recent (within the last 60 days) proof of Tulsa County home address (utility bill, rent receipt, etc.).
COVID-19 UPDATE (5/4/2020): If you need rent assistance related to COVID19, our community has set up a COVID19 Response team to help. Click this link to fill out the COVID19 Response form.
We are occasionally able to provide rent assistance. NOTE: Our rent team is working hard to build capacity for increased need. Call our rent line for more information or call 211.
Our rent assistance phone line (918-878-7999) is answered Monday through Wednesday from 9:00am to 12:00pm.
A short phone interview will determine if we can set an appointment to further discuss your situation. Note: walk-in requests for rent assistance will be referred to the phone line.
If you are not able to call during the rent assistance hours above, you can use 2-1-1’s Housing Assistance Request form.
Click here to access the form.
Your landlord may have a federally-backed mortgage and part of the CARES act may protect you from eviction. If you think you might be covered, use this form to communicate with your landlord.
At our main campus, we have chapel services at 11:45am every Monday through Thursday. These chapel services are optional but highly encouraged to provide emotional and spiritual nurture. We also have prayer workers available from 12:30pm-3:30pm Monday through Thursday to hear your concerns.
