Thanksgiving Baskets

Each Thanksgiving, Restore Hope Ministries expands its food assistance program to include a Thanksgiving Basket. The basket includes an abundance of items to prepare a traditional Thanksgiving Feast.

This food pantry will be CLOSED during Thanksgiving registration; the food pantry at South location will be open this week.

  • Thanksgiving baskets are available for Tulsa County residents only.
  • All clients are required a photo ID of themselves and official documentation for everyone in the household (click link for a list of accepted documents).
  • All clients are required to have a current proof of residence – something that has the client’s name and current street address that is dated this month or last month – no junk mail.

Food Program

Please note our food program schedule is different during the month of November due to Thanksgiving basket distribution. During November, food pantry schedule is as follows:

Our food program is usually offered in two locations: our main campus at 2960 Charles Page Blvd in Tulsa and our South location at 6910 S 101st East Ave in Tulsa (by Asbury Church). Please try to arrive a few minutes before the end time out of courtesy to our volunteers. Bring the proper documentation, listed below.

South Location:

Food Hours: Monday-Thursday 12:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

 

Main Location

Food Hours: Monday-Thursday 12:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

 

Please make sure to bring the following documents (required): 

  1. Photo ID
  2.  Documentation of those in Household (click link for list of accepted documents)
  3. Recent (within the last 60 days) proof of Tulsa County home address (utility bill, rent receipt, etc.).

NOTICE: Restore Hope will be closed for the holidays December 24 – January 4 and will reopen January 5.

Rent Program

Court Eviction or Lockout Notice

If you are currently being evicted and have a court eviction notice, please visit the Landlord Tenant Resource Center operated by our partner agency, Housing Solutions. This Social Services Hub at Iron Gate operates on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 1 and 4pm (501 W. Archer St.). Please call 918-218-4138 to confirm they are open for the day.

In addition to our team, the Social Services Hub can connect you with free legal aid, mediation and other resources. If you do not have transportation or cannot get to the social services hub during their hours, you can call our rent hotline to start the application process.  Please read the next section for the rent hotline and hours of operation.

Late Notice

If you have a late notice or cannot go to the Social services hub, you can complete a screening call with the Restore Hope team to determine if you meet basic eligibility to start the application process.

To qualify you need to live in Tulsa County (among other qualifications regarding previous assistance, income, etc).

You can call 918-922-8282.  Our intake line is open 9am to noon Monday through Thursday except holidays. In addition, the phone line will be closed during high volume processing times.

Jan 26th (25 is Sunday)-Feb 4th (reopening Feb 5th)

Chapel Program

Our chapel speakers come to both our Main and South campus to provide short encouraging services to offer hope. These chapel services are optional but highly encouraged to provide emotional and spiritual nurture. We also have prayer workers available from 12:30pm-3:30pm Monday through Thursday to hear your concerns.. Visit our Facebook page for devotionals and other updates.

School Supplies Program

Distribution is NOT limited by school district.

• Thursday, August 14th, 2025 (9am-1pm, 2pm-6pm)

School supplies are not provided on a first come/first served basis so you do not need to come on the first day in order to receive supplies. If you are in need of school supplies after these dates, call our office (918-582-5766). 

Required items to receive supplies include all of the following:

This program is for public schools only. We are not able to help Head Start, private schools, or home schools. Charter schools must be listed as an approved district school. Parents/Guardians must know which school their child will be attending to receive assistance.

Rent Assistance Phone Line

We update our rent phone line regularly with information.

Call 918.922.8282 for more information. If you have an eviction hearing, please GO TO YOUR HEARING. At this time, all eviction hearings are held at the Family Center for Juvenile Justice. If you do not know when your court date is, you can call 211 and ask for assistance or click here to search the court records for your case. At your hearing, you can ask for legal assistance or for mediation.
