Beginning May 1, 2025: In our ongoing endeavor to provide a positive, smooth experience to our clients, Social Security cards are no longer required at Restore Hope. The Head of Household will still need to provide a photo ID and all members of the household will need to provide a form of official documentation. Below we’ve included a sample of what types of documents will be accepted.

- Voter’s registration card
- School ID card
- Military ID
- Native American card
- Birth certificate
- School enrollment documents
- Shot record
- Social Security card
